Bei Isolation & Control erwarten euch zwei 60 Minuten Einheiten mit einer Mischung aus Freestyle Concepts und Choreography. Der Fokus in der ersten Stunde liegt auf diversen Freestyle Übungen zu Körperisolationen, Fixpoints sowie Contactpoints und in der zweiten Stunde unterrichten Ska und Paci eine Collab Choreography aufbauend auf den genannten Themenbereichen.
English: At Isolation & Control you can expect two 60 minute classes with a mixture of freestyle concepts and choreography. In the first class the focus lies on various freestyle exercises based on body isolation, fixpoints and contact points and in the second class Ska and Paci will be teaching a collab choreography including those topics.
